Velvet toadstool on vintage cotton spool F ****REDUCED****

A curious and enchanting looking hand dyed very pale sage like green cotton velvet  toadstool sat on top of a vintage wooden J.P.Coates thread spool.  It bulbous cotton stalk and gathered gills are made from vintage cotton, tea dyed to give it an aged appearance.  It is filled with 100% sheeps wool.  The colour of the velvet it a little more muted than in the images.

A lovely decorative gift for a toadstool/mushroom enthusiast or a lover of everything fairytale and magical.

It measures approx 15cm high and the toadstool cap is approx 7cm wide.
